This policy governs job postings, recruitment, and hiring-related use of Archade.

Archade allows employers and recruiters to post jobs and connect with candidates. By posting a job or using Archade for recruitment, you agree to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and this policy.

1. Job Postings

• Job listings must be accurate and for real, open positions.
• You must have authority to hire for the role you post.
• Archade is not the employer; the contract is between you and the candidate.

2. Fair Recruitment

• Do not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Do not use Archade to harvest candidates for unsolicited outreach unrelated to the posted role.
