About this asset

Designed with an asymmetric dual-bowl layout, this kitchen sink Revit family represents the Kohler Marsala K-5922 plumbing fixture for casework. The fixture features a dual-basin configuration with distinct compartment dimensions and an integrated perimeter mounting flange. One primary rectangular basin provides an expansive basin footprint with softly rounded internal corners, while the adjacent offset bowl introduces curved rear edges and a stepped contour profile. Both compartments incorporate dedicated circular drain openings located toward the rear for standard waste line connection. The planar rim perimeter supports flush or undermount installation against solid surface kitchen countertops, while deep vertical sidewalls ensure ample volume for washing, soaking, and culinary food preparation.

The download is a 123 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this plumbing fixture family directly into Revit project templates to place within kitchen base cabinet assemblies or custom millwork countertops. The component can be hosted directly to horizontal planes, allowing quick coordination with architectural casework cutouts. Assign standard domestic water and sanitary piping connectors to verify schematic MEP routing, clash detection, and plumbing equipment fixture schedules across technical documentation sets.

Suited for residential apartments, single-family kitchen fit-outs, and hospitality kitchenettes, this undermount sink coordinates seamlessly with quartz countertops, pull-down gooseneck faucets, and under-sink disposal units. Specifiers frequently search for double-basin undermount kitchen sinks, split-bowl sanitary fixtures, and commercial hospitality preparation basins when detailing technical floor plans, interior elevations, and MEP coordination models during detailed design and construction documentation phases.
