About this asset

This modern black aluminium curtain wall panel Revit family features a slim rectangular profile and a flush glazed infill for facade assemblies. Composed of an outer rectilinear frame with clean, sharp edges, the unit encapsulates a singular expansive pane of glazing. The perimeter extrusion presents a slender profile finished in deep matte black or dark bronze metal, providing minimal visual interruption across exterior building envelopes. The transparent infill is rendered in a translucent blue-grey tint, recessed evenly within the structural border. Proportions follow an upright portrait orientation, creating a standard modular rhythm suited for continuous structural curtain glazing grids, storefront assemblies, or full-height glazed partitioning systems.

The download is a 717 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Architects and BIM coordinators can load this Revit family (.rfa) directly into project environments to populate curtain wall grids or replace default curtain panels. Parameter settings allow integration within standard curtain system types or customized glazing storefronts. Materials are assigned across distinct subcategories, facilitating rapid material overrides for glass reflectivity, tint, and aluminium anodization during drafting and high-resolution rendering workflows.

Suited for contemporary commercial office towers, educational facilities, healthcare centres, and multi-unit residential facades, this panel works effectively across schematic massing through detailed technical construction documentation. The component integrates cleanly alongside perimeter mullions, spandrel panels, and operable awning inserts. Specifiers searching for modular facade panels, storefront glazing, structural glass infill, or minimalist curtain wall assemblies will find this unit adaptable for both external building skins and interior acoustic glazed partitions.
