Green Velvet Armchair with Floor Lamp Set

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a green velvet armchair and a sleek curved floor lamp, creating a complete reading nook scene. This furniture set comprises a high-backed, upholstered armchair finished in a deep green velvet textile, paired with a slender, modern floor lamp. The armchair features a structured frame with integrated armrests and tapered dark metal legs, providing a clean, mid-century inspired silhouette. A decorative square cushion with a contrasting geometric wave pattern rests on the seat. The accompanying floor lamp consists of a thin, arched stem extending from a circular base, supporting a shallow, leaf-shaped shade that directs light downwards. The composition offers a balanced aesthetic suitable for sophisticated interior spaces.

The download is a 1.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max asset into a project, ensure the file is merged into your scene at the correct scale to maintain proportion. The model is typically organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the chair and lamp components independently. Users should apply high-quality material textures to the velvet surfaces to capture the fabric's light-absorbing properties. Adjust the light intensity and falloff of the lamp's emission settings to match the ambient lighting of the interior environment for realistic results.
