About this asset

Modern red paper open spiral notebook Revit family designed as a tabletop prop with looped black wire binding and exposed blank pages. This desk accessory depicts an open spiral-bound notebook resting flat in a two-page spread. The model features a slim red outer cover protruding slightly past the paper edge, supporting two thick blocks of blank cream-coloured leaves. Running along the central spine, an array of individual black metal or plastic loop rings threads cleanly through matching rectangular punch holes along both leaf margins. Crisp orthogonal edges define the geometry, providing an uncluttered, lightweight tabletop element with clear material separations between pages, spine rings, and backing covers.

The download is a 338 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into project environments to dress office desks, library carrels, and student study areas. As a tabletop furnishing accessory, place the family on reference planes or work surfaces such as table tops and shelving units. Users can adjust object display within visibility settings or assign native Revit materials to the cover, paper, and binding ring subcategories for consistent internal rendering.

Suitable for educational, workplace, and residential interiors, this stationery prop adds lived-in authenticity to architectural presentations. Position the open notebook beside laptops, desk lamps, and writing utensils in corporate meeting rooms, classroom layouts, university study hubs, or domestic home offices. It serves visualisers and architects looking for casual desk clutter, study supplies, and documentation props during schematic interior design stages and client walk-throughs.
