About this asset

This modern arc floor lamp 3ds Max model features a sweeping slender stem finished in bold red with a downward-facing hemispherical shade. Defined by an expansive cantilevered profile, the luminaire incorporates a slim circular disc base that securely balances an elongated, graceful tubular arch. The continuous curved arm extends upward and outwards before gently angling down toward a compact dome shade designed to cast directional illumination. Every structural component, including the heavy floor plate, slender stem, and hemispherical diffuser housing, features a uniform, low-gloss terracotta-red powder-coated finish. Clean transitions between segments create an uncluttered, sculptural silhouette, ensuring the piece commands attention while preserving a lightweight visual footprint within any setting.

The download is a 2.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Delivered as a 3ds Max model, the asset can be merged directly into existing interior scenes. Users can quickly nest a photometric spot or spherical light source inside the shade interior to generate realistic light pools. Material IDs allow simple re-shading if custom paint colours or brushed metal finishes are required, while the flat base ensures rapid snapping and ground alignment.

Ideal for modern residential interiors, hospitality settings, and boutique commercial lobbies, this arched luminaire provides overhead task lighting without ceiling mounting. Position it over a low-profile sectional sofa, beside a lounge chair in a reading nook, or arching across a contemporary coffee table. Its vibrant hue and architectural form introduce a focused pop of colour to neutral palettes, serving as a functional reading light and sculptural focal element in open-plan spaces.
