About this asset

This SketchUp scene features a contemporary white bubble-style sofa, complemented by a black leather rocking chair and a modern coffee table. The central piece is a large, low-profile bubble-style sofa upholstered in a white fabric with a distinctive tufted, modular appearance. Accompanying the sofa is a black leather rocking chair with a slender metal frame and a sculptural, fan-like black lounge chair on a chrome base. A multi-layered coffee table incorporates black wood, glass, and marble surfaces, creating a varied textural palette. The composition is grounded by a textured area rug and includes a tall floor lamp and a small table lamp, providing a fully curated and balanced lounge arrangement.

The download is a 207 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene, place the entire component group into your model at the origin point. Since this is a scene, use the layers panel to toggle visibility of individual decorative items or seating pieces as needed. The textures are mapped for standard SketchUp rendering workflows, allowing for easy adjustment of material properties. Ensure the model is scaled correctly to your floor plan before adding custom lighting or adjusting the viewport for final presentation renderings.

This lounge arrangement is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and boutique hospitality projects where a statement seating area is required. The neutral colour scheme allows it to integrate seamlessly into various contemporary interior design concepts. Professionals can use this set for rapid visualization of living spaces, pairing it with minimalist wall treatments or large-scale glazing. It is a useful asset for architects and interior designers during the concept stage to quickly establish the scale and aesthetic of a lounge area.
