About this asset

This 3ds Max interior scene features a detailed industrial living room with a mezzanine level, exposed brickwork, and soft furnishings. This comprehensive interior scene captures the essence of a modern loft space. The core composition centres on a large, modular fabric sofa in a neutral beige, complemented by a low-profile coffee table and integrated dark timber shelving. The architectural backdrop highlights raw textures, including exposed red brick walls and a robust metal mezzanine structure with a simple railing. Lush indoor greenery adds vibrancy, while metallic accents in the decor provide a refined contrast to the rugged structural elements. The scene is fully populated with curated accessories, including books, vases, and sculptural objects, creating a lived-in, cohesive aesthetic.

The download is a 276 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
