Indochine Living Room Scene with Carved Timber Furniture

This Indochine living room scene is a comprehensive SketchUp model featuring ornate carved timber furniture and classic wall paneling. This highly detailed interior scene captures a refined Indochine aesthetic, defined by its rich, dark-stained carved timber frames and cream-toned floral upholstery. The primary seating includes a three-seater sofa and a matching armchair, both featuring intricate scrollwork and cabriole legs. A low, rectangular timber coffee table anchors the arrangement, accompanied by period-appropriate accessories like a vintage telephone and ceramic vases. The backdrop is composed of sophisticated wall paneling with arched sections and a decorative lattice screen, complemented by a ceiling fan and wall-mounted sconces that contribute to the warm, historic atmosphere.

The download is a 125 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can integrate this SketchUp scene directly into larger project files to establish a specific period aesthetic. The model is structured with grouped assets, allowing for the selective isolation of individual furniture pieces or decorative elements. Users should check the layer organisation to manage the complexity of the interior detailing. Texture mapping is applied to the timber surfaces and fabrics, which can be easily adjusted or scaled to suit specific lighting conditions or render engine requirements within the host software environment.
