Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Living Room Scene – Variant 3

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey fabric sectional sofa set against a marble-clad media wall. This fully assembled interior scene showcases a balanced contemporary aesthetic, anchored by a large grey fabric sectional sofa with tufted detailing. The space is defined by a striking floor-to-ceiling media wall clad in grey marble slabs, accented by vertical timber battens that provide depth and texture. A circular nesting coffee table set in contrasting black and grey marble sits at the centre. Lighting is provided by a tiered gold-toned circular pendant fixture, complemented by soft ambient floor lamps. Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains soften the natural light, while the light-toned floor tiles feature dark linear inlays.

The download is a 318 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for efficient integration into professional architectural workflows, this SketchUp model is organised with logical layer structures to allow for easy toggling of furniture and lighting elements. Users can quickly adjust the scene lighting or swap out material textures by accessing the native material library. The model is scaled for immediate placement into larger residential project files, providing a ready-made focal point that requires minimal adjustment to align with specific project requirements, including customising the feature wall or adjusting the furniture layout.
