Modern Grey and Wood Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This modern open-plan living room and kitchen SketchUp scene features a sophisticated palette of marble, wood, and neutral tones. The scene presents a contemporary residential open-plan layout, integrating a living area with a kitchen and a marble-clad staircase. The living room is anchored by a low-profile wood media console and a striking black marble coffee table with a glass top. A large wall-mounted television is set against a white and grey marble feature wall. The adjacent kitchen area continues the refined aesthetic with grey cabinetry and marble surfaces. The composition emphasizes clean lines, balanced proportions, and a cohesive material transition between the relaxation and culinary zones, capturing a high-end, uncluttered architectural finish.

The download is a 707 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a comprehensive SketchUp model, this file serves as a foundational environment for interior visualisations. Users can manipulate the scene by adjusting the lighting settings or swapping individual components within the grouped geometry. Because the materials and textures are pre-applied, the model is ready for immediate integration into larger project files. It is best practice to review the layer structure upon opening to ensure efficient management of assets, enabling designers to toggle visibility for specific furniture or architectural elements during the rendering process.
