Contemporary Grey Fabric 3-Seater Sofa with Throw

This contemporary 3-seater sofa SketchUp model features a grey fabric finish, a sleek metal frame, and a draped plaid throw blanket. Defined by clean, linear proportions, this 3-seater sofa offers a contemporary aesthetic suitable for modern residential interiors. The frame is constructed from a slender, white-finished metal, providing a lightweight contrast to the plush, textured grey fabric upholstery of the seat and back cushions. The set includes four matching scatter cushions, two on each side, which add depth to the seating profile. A draped, plaid-patterned throw blanket is included as part of the model, adding a layer of visual softness and realism to the composition. The overall design emphasizes comfort through deep seat cushions.

The download is a 14 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a nested component, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the cushions or the throw blanket independently. Users should ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility during complex scene development. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled to suit specific lighting conditions. When integrating into a project, use the native axis for precise snapping to floor planes and adjacent wall surfaces for efficient layout planning.
