Contemporary Grey Curved Sofa and Shell-Style Armchair Scene

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a curved leather sofa paired with two shell-style armchairs in a curated lounge arrangement. This composition comprises a large, low-profile curved sofa upholstered in dark grey leather, complemented by two distinct shell-style lounge chairs. One chair is finished in a soft sage blue, while the other is a vibrant mustard yellow. The set includes a circular coffee table with a central fluted column base, creating a cohesive focal point. The design emphasizes organic, rounded forms and a high-contrast colour palette. Decorative elements like cushions and a textured throw are included, adding depth to the visual narrative of this sophisticated, modern living room furniture grouping.

The download is a 60.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation of the sofa and chairs. Users can adjust the material textures directly within the materials tray to match specific project colour schemes. Given the organic geometry, ensure the model is placed on a flat surface to avoid clipping with floor geometry. The file is well-suited for staging interior visualisations where a quick, high-impact furniture layout is required to convey scale and style.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this furniture scene works well in open-plan living rooms, hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas. It pairs effectively with herringbone flooring and minimalist wall treatments. When searching for this type of asset, professionals often look for lounge sets, curved seating arrangements, or contemporary statement furniture. This collection provides a ready-made solution for architects and visualisers needing to populate high-end residential interiors or boutique commercial hospitality spaces with cohesive, design-forward pieces that anchor a room.
