Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Living Room Scene in Brown

This contemporary open-plan living room scene for SketchUp features a modular grey sectional sofa and a refined marble coffee table. This professional interior scene presents a sophisticated open-plan living area anchored by a large, low-profile modular sectional sofa in a neutral grey fabric. The arrangement is complemented by a matching accent armchair with slim metal detailing and a low-slung coffee table topped with white marble and supported by cylindrical bronze-toned legs. Dark timber wall panelling provides a dramatic backdrop for abstract wall art, while recessed ceiling lighting and hidden strip lights create a layered, warm atmosphere. The integration with a partially visible kitchen area highlights a cohesive, high-end residential design language throughout the space.

The download is a 279 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Optimised for SketchUp, this scene arrives as a complete, pre-assembled environment. Users can easily adjust the camera position to capture specific angles or isolate individual furniture components for use in other projects. Best practice involves checking the layer organisation to manage the visibility of lighting fixtures and decorative accessories separately. Textures are mapped to standard geometries, allowing for quick material overrides or adjustments to suit specific project requirements. Ensure the light sources are verified after import to maintain the intended ambiance.
