About this asset

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a tufted beige sofa, terracotta accent chair, and marble coffee table. The scene presents a sophisticated living area defined by a large, button-tufted beige sofa set against a grey wall with classical moulding details and terracotta-toned vertical panels. A matching terracotta velvet armchair provides a bold colour contrast, while the central coffee table features a white marble top supported by an sculptural base. Additional elements include a curved ottoman, a sleek side table with a fluted base, and a large area rug with a subtle wave pattern. A sculptural bust on a marble plinth and a minimalist floor lamp complete the composition.

The download is a 69.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid interior visualisation, this SketchUp scene is organised for immediate camera placement and rendering. Users can easily adjust the lighting, swap textures on the furniture components, or modify the wall panels to suit specific project requirements. The model relies on nested groups for efficient selection of individual items like the sofa or lighting fixtures, allowing for quick scaling or repositioning within a larger residential floor plan to test spatial arrangements and material palettes before final rendering.

This interior scene is ideal for residential design projects, particularly for high-end living room concepts or luxury apartment staging. It serves as a strong starting point for designers looking to present a curated, contemporary aesthetic to clients. Professionals can use this setup to explore colour blocking and furniture grouping in a professional context. It pairs well with modern lighting schemes and minimalist architectural details, making it a valuable resource for architects and interior designers working on fast-paced residential visualisation briefs.
