Modern Entrance Hallway Storage Unit with Bench

This modern entrance storage unit for SketchUp features an integrated bench, open shelving, and closed cabinets in two colour variations. This comprehensive entryway storage solution is designed for efficient organisation, combining vertical cabinetry with a dedicated seating area. The unit features a mix of closed cupboards for concealed storage and open vertical shelving for decorative items or books. A central recessed alcove includes a cushioned bench, coat hooks, and a fluted-style panelled back, providing a functional transition space. The design is presented in two distinct finishes—a natural wood grain and a solid cream lacquer—allowing for versatile integration into contemporary residential interiors. All components are consolidated into a single, cohesive wall-mounted installation.

The download is a 61.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement against interior walls. The components can be scaled or adjusted to fit specific ceiling heights or floor plans. Users should utilise the native layering system to manage visibility of the decorative accessories and the unit itself. To achieve realistic visualisations, apply high-quality wood and matte lacquer textures to the surfaces, adjusting the global illumination settings to complement the recessed bench alcove and the subtle shadow details provided by the vertical fluting.
