The download is a 33.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The 3ds Max model is organized with logical grouping for easy manipulation of individual components. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for placement against walls or within open-plan office layouts. Materials are mapped with standard parameters, allowing for straightforward adjustment of the marble vein texture or wood grain scale. Lighting setups should utilize the included brass lamp as a secondary light source, adjusting intensity to complement the primary global illumination in the scene to achieve realistic material highlights.
