About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table features a circular glass top supported by a walnut-finished base with elegant gold-tone metal legs. This round coffee table is defined by its clean, contemporary aesthetic and balanced materiality. The design comprises a transparent glass tabletop held by a slender, intersecting metal frame finished in a soft gold tone. Beneath the glass, a circular solid wood shelf finished in a rich walnut-brown provides a secondary surface for decor or storage. The table is supported by four tapered, cylindrical metal legs that extend from the frame to the floor, maintaining a light, open profile. The combination of warm timber tones and reflective metal accents makes this piece suitable for sophisticated interior schemes.

The download is a 23.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the object is placed on the floor plane using the pivot point at the base of the legs. The glass and walnut surfaces are mapped with standard material slots, allowing for quick adjustments to reflections or wood grain scale. Users should check the display layers to manage the included decorative props separately if a clean version is required for specific interior compositions. Lighting setups should focus on highlighting the glass transparency and the metallic sheen of the frame.

Ideal for residential living rooms and hotel reception lounges, this coffee table serves as a central focal point in contemporary seating arrangements. It pairs well with minimalist fabric sofas or velvet armchairs, providing a functional surface that does not overwhelm the visual space. Designers often search for this type of accent furniture when developing high-end apartment interiors or boutique hospitality projects. Its compact, circular footprint makes it particularly effective in smaller layouts where maintaining clear circulation paths is a priority for the floor plan.
