Modern Brown Wood Study Desk Set with Shelving

This modern study desk set, provided as a SketchUp model, features modular wood furniture components including various desk and shelving units. This collection comprises multiple workspace configurations featuring clean-lined desks and integrated storage solutions. The set includes a dark-toned wood executive-style desk with open side shelving, a compact white desk with a keyboard tray and pedestal drawers, and matching wall-mounted shelving units. The pieces exhibit a functional design, emphasising practical storage through open compartments and flat surfaces. Proportions are suited for contemporary home office environments, with minimalist profiles that facilitate easy integration into various interior layouts. The model includes decorative accessories like books, lamps, and framed artwork to demonstrate potential styling and usage arrangements.

The download is a 21.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import these components into SketchUp as individual blocks or a complete set. The geometry is organised to allow for easy repositioning and scaling within a project file. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be swapped or adjusted via the material editor to suit specific project palettes. Best practice involves placing these units on distinct layers to manage scene complexity and using the native alignment tools to snap components to walls or floor planes for precise placement.
