Dark Wood Low Dining Set with Suspended Pendant Light

This 3ds Max dining set features a low-profile wooden table, four floor cushions, and a suspended pendant light for traditional interiors. This dining ensemble comprises a rectangular low-profile table crafted from dark, textured wood, accompanied by four minimalist floor cushions in a neutral grey fabric. The set is completed by a contemporary pendant light fixture, which is suspended above the table surface via thin cables. The design aesthetic is heavily influenced by traditional Japanese floor-seating arrangements, focusing on a grounded, intimate dining experience. The table exhibits visible wood grain patterns, while the cushions provide a soft contrast to the rigid, dark timber frame, creating a cohesive, low-slung composition suitable for focused interior scenes.

The download is a 63.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a group or linked hierarchy to maintain the spatial relationship between the table, cushions, and lighting. Users should verify the pivot points for the pendant light to ensure accurate placement when adjusting height. Materials are applied to the individual components, allowing for easy texture replacement or scale adjustments to suit specific room dimensions. The scene is ready for integration into larger interior models, requiring standard lighting setups to capture the intended atmosphere.
