About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa and glass coffee table set for SketchUp features a two-tone fabric finish and floral cushions. This sectional sofa set features a low-profile L-shaped configuration with a dedicated chaise lounge on one side. The upholstery combines deep brown fabric on the frame and base with contrasting white seat cushions. A series of decorative scatter cushions with a prominent floral pattern adds visual texture to the backrest. The set includes a matching rectangular coffee table with a clear glass top supported by a minimalist metal frame. The proportions are balanced for standard residential use, providing a clean, cohesive look for modern living area interior designs and layouts.

The download is a 4.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and repositioning of the sofa and coffee table as separate components. Users can adjust the fabric textures or scale the overall assembly to fit specific floor plans. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient performance when importing into larger scene files. Materials are applied using standard SketchUp faces, making it straightforward to swap colours or apply custom bump maps to the fabric surfaces for enhanced render realism.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this sectional set works well in open-plan living rooms, apartment lounges, and contemporary show homes. It provides a ready-made focal point for staging spaces and can be paired with area rugs, floor lamps, or wall art to complete the composition. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of modular seating when planning comfortable, functional spaces that require a balanced mix of neutral base tones and decorative accents for a professional presentation.
