About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp wall unit features a white marble panel, terrazzo accents, and an integrated linear fireplace. This large-scale feature wall unit is designed as a cohesive architectural element rather than a standard piece of furniture. It consists of a prominent white marble-effect central panel housing the television, contrasted by a side section finished in textured terrazzo. A dark, recessed shelving unit is built into the right side of the marble panel, providing subtle display space. The base incorporates a long, horizontal linear fireplace flanked by vertical timber-slat detailing that runs behind the main panels. Integrated LED lighting provides soft backlighting to the slats, emphasizing the clean lines and layered composition of the wall.

The download is a 5.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into a SketchUp scene, place the component against a wall surface and use the scale tool to adjust the overall width to match your specific room dimensions. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during the design process. The textures are applied as standard materials, allowing for easy replacement or adjustment of the marble and terrazzo maps to suit your project's specific material palette and render engine requirements.

This wall unit is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, luxury hotel suites, or modern lobbies where a focal point is required. It pairs well with minimalist furniture, low-profile seating, and neutral colour schemes. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of feature wall when looking for integrated media solutions that combine storage, lighting, and heating. It is suitable for both early conceptual modelling and final high-quality visualisations in contemporary interior design projects.
