About this asset

This contemporary wall-mounted TV unit, provided as a SketchUp model, features integrated shelving and a decorative tiled and brick wall backdrop. This extensive wall-mounted media system combines functional storage with a decorative feature wall. The base unit is crafted from wood with a natural finish, incorporating a mix of open cubbies and closed cabinetry. Above this, the wall is treated with a combination of white brick-style cladding and light-toned hexagonal ceramic tiles, creating a layered, textured aesthetic. The composition includes a central mount for a television, complemented by integrated display areas for decor and books. The overall design is balanced, providing a clean, modern look suitable for sophisticated living spaces.

The download is a 136 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured with distinct components for the storage unit and the decorative wall panels, allowing for easy adjustment or resizing to fit specific room dimensions. Users should apply textures to the brick and tile surfaces to match project-specific material palettes. The file is best handled by importing it into a master scene, ensuring the wall-mounted geometry is aligned with your interior wall layer for accurate rendering and placement.

Ideal for residential living rooms, media rooms, or hotel suites, this unit functions as a focal point for modern interiors. It pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral decor schemes. Designers typically search for media walls, wall-mounted console systems, or custom joinery solutions to solve storage requirements in open-plan layouts. It is particularly effective for projects requiring a high level of detail in living area visualisations where a feature wall is necessary to ground the space.
