About this asset

This contemporary modular sectional sofa set in SketchUp features a low-profile white fabric design with yellow accent cushions. This comprehensive lounge set consists of a multi-module sectional sofa, a matching square ottoman, and a rectangular low-profile coffee table with a dark wood finish. The sofa features deep, wide seating segments upholstered in a textured white fabric, complemented by a series of scatter cushions in white and pale yellow. The design relies on clean, linear geometry and a low-slung aesthetic, with adjustable backrest elements for added comfort. The included coffee table provides a solid dark timber contrast, sitting low to the ground to maintain the cohesive, modern silhouette of the arrangement.

The download is a 23.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy repositioning of individual sofa modules or the coffee table. Users should check the component structure to manage textures efficiently, as the fabric and wood materials are applied as standard materials. The set is scaled for architectural interiors; users can adjust the overall footprint by removing or adding sofa modules to suit specific floor plans, ensuring the pivot points are correctly set for simple rotation and alignment within a room scene.

Ideal for spacious open-plan living areas, luxury hotel lobbies, or high-end residential lounge projects, this set creates a balanced focal point. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes and neutral flooring finishes like light oak or polished concrete. Architects and interior designers will find this useful for staging contemporary living room visualisations, providing a ready-made seating configuration that conveys comfort and modern style.
