The download is a 34.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, maintain the established material hierarchy by using the native layer structure to manage individual components. The geometry is grouped by object, allowing for easy placement and rotation within your floor plan. Use the native material editor to adjust the wood grain scale or leather reflection values to suit your specific lighting environment. For best results, import the group as a single component and explode only if individual item modification is required for your specific room layout.
