Contemporary Walnut 8-Seater Dining Set with Slatted Base

This contemporary 8-seater dining set in SketchUp features a walnut-finished table with a slatted base and matching fabric-cushioned chairs. The set comprises a long rectangular dining table supported by a substantial central pedestal featuring vertical timber slats. The tabletop is rendered in a rich walnut veneer, complemented by eight minimalist chairs. Each chair is constructed with a curved wooden backrest and a light-coloured upholstered seat pad, offering a balanced contrast to the deep wood tones. The assembly is presented with a decorative tray and a suspended slatted-style pendant light, completing a cohesive dining aesthetic. The proportions are generous, intended for formal dining configurations where clean lines and natural material textures are prioritized.

The download is a 48.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 9 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection of individual components or the entire assembly. Users can adjust the material mapping on the walnut surfaces to suit specific lighting conditions or apply custom textures to the seat upholstery. The model is scaled to standard dining heights, making it ready for integration into interior scenes without further geometric modification. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling during the design development phase of your project.
