Contemporary Peach Fabric Upholstered Dining Chair with Wooden Legs

This contemporary 3ds Max dining chair features a peach-coloured fabric upholstered shell supported by splayed, natural wood legs. The chair consists of a deep, bucket-style seat shell finished in a soft peach fabric with distinct horizontal channel tufting across the backrest and base. The seat curves gently at the sides to form integrated armrests, providing a comfortable, semi-enclosed profile. Below, the four tapered legs are crafted from light-toned natural wood, angled outwards for stability and aesthetic lightness. Metal brackets connect the wooden legs to the underside of the seat, ensuring structural integrity while maintaining a clean, modern look. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for both dining and occasional seating.

The download is a 12.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a clean, modular object. Users can easily append the file into their scene, ensuring the pivot point is set to the floor base for accurate placement. The material slots are clearly defined, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric texture or wood finish to match specific project requirements. It is recommended to apply a turbosmooth modifier if higher subdivision levels are required for close-up renders, while keeping the base geometry lightweight for efficient scene management.

This versatile piece fits seamlessly into residential dining areas, contemporary kitchen breakfast nooks, or modern hospitality settings like boutique cafes and hotel meeting rooms. Its soft peach hue adds a subtle pop of colour to neutral interiors, pairing well with light oak tables or minimalist stone surfaces. Designers often search for this type of accent chair when looking to bridge the gap between comfort and formal dining, or when specifying furniture for home office spaces that require a residential aesthetic rather than a corporate one.
