Contemporary Grey Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa – Variant 15

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a light grey fabric upholstery with contrasting black and yellow accent cushions. This L-shaped sectional sofa exhibits a clean, contemporary profile defined by its modular geometry and slim metal legs. The main frame is upholstered in a neutral light grey fabric, providing a versatile base for residential or commercial lounge areas. It includes a series of loose back cushions in varying tones, specifically black and grey, along with a solitary yellow cushion that introduces a focused pop of colour. The low-slung silhouette and minimalist aesthetic ensure it maintains a light visual footprint, while the L-shaped configuration offers a deep, comfortable seating arrangement suitable for corner placements.

The download is a 3.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for easy placement on floor geometry. The file structure allows for individual adjustment of the cushion elements, enabling users to reconfigure the seating arrangement or swap material shaders to match specific project palettes. Use standard object snapping to align the sofa against walls or within an open-plan layout, and apply global illumination settings to properly render the fabric texture and the subtle metallic reflections on the legs.
