About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a grey fabric sofa and matching lounge chair, complete with curated decor accessories. The set includes a low-profile, two-seater sofa with a soft, textured grey fabric finish and a geometric, quilted-back lounge chair in a lighter grey tone. The sofa features rounded, integrated armrests and a deep-seat profile, while the chair offers a structural, angular aesthetic. Accompanying these core seating pieces are dark timber side tables, a slender black floor lamp, framed monochrome wall art, and decorative items such as a vase with floral stems and a stack of books. The composition provides a cohesive, ready-to-render arrangement for professional interior design visualisation projects.

The download is a 21.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual items. Users can adjust the fabric textures or scale the components to fit specific floor plans. The geometry is clean, ensuring compatibility with standard rendering plugins without requiring excessive cleanup. It is recommended to maintain the existing layer structure to manage the visibility of the decorative accessories separately from the primary furniture pieces during the scene-building process.

This furniture set is ideal for staging living room interiors, hotel lobbies, or high-end residential lounge areas. The neutral grey palette and contemporary forms pair well with minimalist or modern design schemes. Architects and visualisers can use this collection to populate floor plans or create detailed interior perspectives.
