About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features a grey fabric sofa, two beige armchairs, and matching tables for living room layouts. This lounge set comprises a low-profile rectangular sofa upholstered in a light grey textured fabric, complemented by two curved-back armchairs in a soft beige tone with dark timber legs. The seating includes accent cushions in solid blue, providing a focused colour contrast. Central to the arrangement is a circular coffee table with a white top and dark base, flanked by two matching cylindrical side tables. The entire composition rests on a striped area rug, creating a cohesive visual unit suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lobby interior design projects.

The download is a 7.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this set is organised as a collection of components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, chairs, and tables. Users can quickly swap materials on the fabric surfaces using the paint bucket tool or edit the group geometry to adjust the arrangement. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility, and apply high-quality textures to the fabric and wood surfaces for realistic rendering results in your preferred visualisation engine.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel suites, and executive lounge areas, this set provides a balanced and inviting seating arrangement for modern interiors. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, conversation groups, or interior staging assets will find this model versatile for both floor plan layouts and 3D perspectives. It pairs well with minimalist wall treatments, timber flooring, or large-format window dressings. Architects and interior designers can utilise this grouping to establish a sense of scale and comfort in early-stage conceptual planning or final client presentations.
