About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a textured grey fabric finish and includes a curated coffee table arrangement. The primary element is a structured 3-seater sofa upholstered in a mottled grey fabric, featuring clean lines and a low-profile frame. It is accompanied by a geometric wire-frame coffee table with a white marble top and a secondary slender side table. The composition includes a neutral-toned area rug, a set of layered circular pendant lights, and wall-mounted artwork. The furniture forms a balanced, cohesive living room vignette with a neutral palette, suitable for high-quality interior visualisations. The sofa cushions appear fixed and integrated into the overall frame, maintaining a minimalist and tidy aesthetic.

The download is a 35.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should check the layer or tag structure upon import to ensure the lighting and furniture elements are separated for better control. The textures are applied with standard mapping; adjust the material scales if necessary to suit the specific project scale. For rendering, ensure the light components are correctly assigned emissive properties to achieve the intended atmosphere shown in the preview.
