Modern Decorative Illuminated Column Set

This SketchUp model features a set of five modern decorative columns with integrated LED lighting patterns and varied silhouettes. This collection includes five distinct vertical column designs, ranging from standard cylindrical forms to flared, funnel-shaped capitals. Each column incorporates precision-cut perforations that create unique light-emitting patterns, including geometric triangular meshes, pixelated squares, and vertical rain-like droplets. The finish varies across the set, offering sleek matte white, neutral grey, and dark brown metallic appearances. These pieces are designed as architectural statement elements, blending structural presence with ambient illumination. The geometry is clean and refined, suitable for high-end interior environments where lighting and architecture converge to create a cohesive, atmospheric focal point.

The download is a 81.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these columns function as individual components, allowing for easy placement within a floor plan or model. Users should manage the lighting elements by assigning emissive materials to the perforated sections to achieve the desired glow in rendering engines. Since these are architectural components, they are best placed on dedicated layers to manage visibility and complexity. Scaling should be handled with care to maintain the integrity of the perforated patterns, and they can be rotated or mirrored to suit specific spatial requirements.
