The download is a 92.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the objects into your master file. The components are grouped for easy placement and scaling. Ensure the pivot points are set to the base of each object for accurate floor-level positioning. Apply your desired materials to the wood and metal surfaces, and check the UV mapping on the leather textures to maintain consistency across the curved profiles of the sofa and chairs during final rendering.
