About this asset

This contemporary brown leather lounge chair for 3ds Max features a sleek swivel base and refined vertical channel stitching details. Defined by its low-slung, ergonomic profile, this lounge chair is upholstered in a rich, textured brown leather. The seat and backrest incorporate subtle vertical channel stitching, providing a structured aesthetic that contrasts with the chair's rounded, organic silhouette. It is supported by a glossy black pedestal swivel base, which offers a clean, modern foundation. The integration of the seat shell with the metallic swivel mechanism ensures a seamless transition between the upholstery and the base, making it a sophisticated addition to any interior scheme requiring a compact, high-design seating solution.

The download is a 32.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the asset is placed on a dedicated layer for easy management. The leather textures should be mapped using standard coordinate systems to maintain the integrity of the grain across the curved surfaces. For optimal results, apply a subtle bump map to the leather material to capture realistic light interaction. The swivel base is a separate component, allowing for easy adjustment of the chair's orientation within your scene setup to suit specific camera angles.
