About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a beige fabric armchair complete with a draped throw blanket and a striped accent cushion. This contemporary armchair features a structured, boxy silhouette softened by rounded armrests and a deep, comfortable seat. The upholstery is a textured, light beige fabric that provides a tactile finish. The piece is elevated on slender, tapered metal legs in a metallic finish, which create a subtle contrast with the soft textile. Included with the chair is a draped, matching beige throw blanket and a decorative throw pillow featuring a distinct brown and white vertical stripe pattern. The overall proportions suggest a lounge-focused design suitable for relaxed seating arrangements in modern interiors.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically managed by importing the geometry into your scene and ensuring the object pivots are correctly aligned to the floor plane. The fabric materials are likely mapped using standard tiling textures, which can be adjusted in the Slate Material Editor for scale and bump intensity. The throw and cushion are separate elements, allowing for repositioning or removal to better suit specific camera angles and composition requirements within your architectural visualisation workflow.

This armchair is ideal for residential living room scenes, boutique hotel lobbies, or quiet reading corners in a home office. It pairs effectively with minimalist side tables or floor lamps to create a complete lounge vignette. Professionals searching for lounge seating, accent chairs, or detailed furniture components for interior design projects will find this model useful for adding realism to living spaces. It functions well as a focal point in a seating group or as a standalone piece in a bedroom suite.
