Onondaga Community College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Its accreditation was reaffirmed in 2018, and the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

Graduates of the Architecture program are certified by ENAEE (European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education).

The 'innovative design' discipline cluster within the School of Design has been identified by Shanghai Jiao Tong University as one of the key 17 'Double First-Class' discipline clusters, signifying national recognition and substantial support and investment from the university.

Greenside Design Center is a fully accredited higher education institution. As part of the Academic Institute of Excellence (AIE), it is provisionally registered as both a Private College and a Higher Education institution by the Department of Higher Education and Training. AIE holds accreditations from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA). The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree offered is a globally benchmarked, CHE-accredited degree at NQF Level 7. GDC is also fully compliant with all statutory quality assurance frameworks and is a founding member of the Institute for Interior Design Professions. Additionally, it is an educational member of Cumulus International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media, the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers (IFI), and the International Council of Graphic Design Association (ICOGRADA).

Accredited by the Technical Chamber of Greece. The Department of Architecture underwent an External Evaluation & Accreditation Panel (EEAP) review in April 2021. The overall Aristotle University of Thessaloniki received a "Worthy of merit" evaluation from the Hellenic Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency (HQA).
