In this remote role, you will lead and contribute to interior design projects from concept through execution. You will collaborate closely with architects, clients, and contractors to translate design concepts into inspiring, functional spaces that meet client vision and spatial requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Develop cohesive interior design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and material selections for high-end residential and commercial projects. - Create detailed space plans, layout options, furniture layouts, and custom millwork drawings using CAD/BIM software. - Produce 3D visual renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design intent to clients and internal teams. - Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, and materials, keeping project budgets and timelines in mind. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity during fabrication and installation. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews. --- ## **Requirements** ### **Qualifications & Skills** - **Experience:** 3–5 years of professional interior design experience (Mid-level). - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape/V-Ray, alongside Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign). - **Design Expertise:** Strong understanding of space planning, material properties, lighting design, FF&E specification, and construction details. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for remote teamwork and client interaction. - **Portfolio:** A portfolio demonstrating strong aesthetic sense, spatial planning skills, and completed interior design projects.
