Designed for craft beverage facilities, this Revit specialty equipment family models a large upright timber foeder tank with steel structural hoops. The unit features a traditional cylindrical wooden stave construction finished in warm natural oak tones. Segmented vertical timber planks are bound by multiple horizontal brushed steel hoop bands running the full height of the vessel. A lower stainless steel clean-out manway with a secure mechanical dog hatch provides maintenance detailing near the base, paired with a mid-height sample valve port. The large vertical proportion replicates standard craft fermentation and sour aging foeder vessels, sitting cleanly on finished floor surfaces alongside production equipment.
The download is a 584 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Load this specialty equipment component directly into native Revit project environments to coordinate cellar layouts, tasting room sightlines, or production floor plans. Place instances on project reference levels to verify vertical head heights, overhead pipe routing, and forklift access lanes. The family schedules cleanly within specialty equipment categories alongside processing vessels and barrel racking systems.
Suited for commercial craft breweries, regional wineries, cideries, distilleries, and hybrid hospitality spaces featuring visible production floors. This vessel coordinates effectively with stainless steel unitanks, barrel storage racks, glycol chiller lines, trench drains, and rustic industrial bar interiors. It provides vital visual authenticity and spatial accuracy during schematic planning, interior elevations, and client visualisations.
