About this asset

Modern mobile interactive whiteboard Revit family featuring a wide projection surface, integrated pen tray, and an overhead projector unit. Engineered for flexible presentation environments, the assembly combines a large landscape presentation screen with a heavy-duty floor base. The frame rests on an H-shaped mobile trolley equipped with four dual-wheel castors for ease of repositioning. Mounted atop the screen is an integrated short-throw projector boom housing, angled downward toward the white display surface. Directly below the whiteboard panel, a horizontal accessory tray includes molded slots configured to hold digital pens or styluses. Contrast detailing pairs charcoal framing elements and dark hardware against a neutral display face and mid-grey structural uprights.

The download is a 1.6 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, load this specialty equipment component directly into project templates or active models to coordinate audio-visual requirements. The family places on level reference planes, allowing simple orientation toward conference seating or student desks. Model categories and subcategories support standard visibility graphics overrides across architectural layouts, coordinate clearance envelopes around mobile carts, and schedule correctly within equipment takeoffs.

Corporate boardrooms, agile meeting rooms, university lecture halls, and school classrooms frequently employ this mobile smart board configuration for collaborative sessions. It complements modular training tables, ergonomic task seating, and flexible workshop layouts during schematic design through construction documentation. Specifiers seeking movable interactive whiteboards, portable projector carts, or smart screen displays can deploy this unit across educational facilities and commercial office interiors.
