The assembly presents an external polygonal collar fabricated with thick rectangular-section framing, finished in a light grey coating. At one end, a tapered mounting arm extends outwards to provide connection to a pontoon frame or floating dock structure. Inside the loop, multiple inner bearing blocks or wear pads face inward against the cylindrical surface of a tall circular pile. The geometry captures faceted turns along the perimeter with clean chamfers, providing radial clearance around the vertical column to accommodate tidal motion and water level variations.
