About this asset

This industrial grey metal pedestal phone kiosk is a Revit family component ideal for urban streetscape and public realm design. The unit is a minimalist, industrial-style public communication terminal featuring a tall, slender pedestal base leading to an elevated housing area. The structure is rendered in a monochromatic grey metal, providing a clean, utilitarian aesthetic suitable for modern city environments. The upper section contains a vertical, recessed panel designed to accommodate telecommunications hardware, framed by a robust casing. Its proportions are compact, ensuring it occupies a minimal footprint while maintaining a functional height for user interaction in public thoroughfares or transit hubs.

The download is a 379 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this asset is designed for efficient placement within site plans or exterior project files. Users can easily align the pedestal base with ground-level host surfaces or floor planes. The geometry is lightweight, ensuring smooth navigation in large-scale urban models. Material parameters allow for quick visual adjustments to match specific project colour palettes, while standard visibility settings enable the object to be toggled off in detailed interior views where it is not required.

This kiosk is suitable for architects and urban designers working on public realm projects, streetscape revitalisation, or transit infrastructure developments. It integrates well into high-density pedestrian areas, train stations, or bus terminals where public communication points are necessary. Professionals searching for 'public phone booth', 'urban street furniture', or 'telecom kiosk' will find this model useful for adding functional detail to site contexts. It pairs effectively with other street fixtures like bollards, signage, and urban seating elements.
