The download is a 3.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of individual chairs or the central table assembly. Users should check the material IDs and apply appropriate real-world scale mapping to the leather textures to ensure a realistic finish. The geometry is clean, suitable for quick placement in interior scenes, and the assets can be merged into larger project files while maintaining their original pivot points for efficient rotation and alignment against dining room floor plans.
