About this asset

Contemporary single-handle kitchen sink faucet Revit family with integrated escutcheon plate and standalone side sprayer for BIM sanitary layouts. Designed to represent the Kohler Coralais K-15172 series, this plumbing fixture includes a deck-mounted single-lever faucet paired with an independent countertop spray head. The faucet assembly features a low-profile escutcheon plate, an upward-angled cylindrical hub, a contoured control lever, and an angled tubular spout terminated with an aerator nozzle. Modeled alongside is the companion side spray unit mounted on a circular escutcheon flange. The faceted surfaces and wireframe display indicate clean mesh boundaries, offering clear geometric definition of the polished metal fitting for plan and 3D coordination.

The download is a 143 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the native RFA component directly into Autodesk Revit project templates to place it on countertop surfaces, casework decks, or rim-mounted sink cutouts. The family aligns accurately to standard three-hole or four-hole drilling configurations. Assign mechanical flow parameters or pipe connections within the plumbing system browser, and adjust graphic display settings between coarse, medium, and fine detail levels to suit presentation or construction documentation needs.

Suited for residential kitchens, multi-family apartment fit-outs, hospitality kitchenettes, and employee breakrooms, this deck-mount mixer integrates seamlessly into architectural millwork and interior elevation sheets. Modelers searching for deck-mounted single-control faucets, kitchen sink mixers, side spray taps, or Kohler BIM fixtures can pair this fixture with stainless steel undermount sinks, solid-surface countertops, and standard casework families across schematic design through final specification packages.
