Contemporary Beige and Tan Leather Sectional Sofa Set

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a beige and tan leather sectional sofa set with matching lounge chairs and marble tables. This comprehensive living room arrangement centres on a large L-shaped sectional sofa featuring a low-profile frame upholstered in contrasting beige fabric and tan leather. Two matching lounge chairs with similar geometric leather detailing complement the main seating. The set includes a pair of nested coffee tables with circular black marble tops and tapered pedestal bases, establishing a cohesive contemporary aesthetic. The ensemble is styled with various textured cushions, a throw blanket, and a dark grey area rug, providing a balanced visual composition of neutral tones and premium material finishes suitable for high-end interior projects.

The download is a 166 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, place the entire scene as a single component or explode it to manage individual furniture elements. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly against the floor plan before applying custom materials or adjusting the lighting. The nested coffee tables and seating are grouped logically, allowing for easy repositioning within larger room layouts. Utilise layers to toggle visibility of decorative accessories if a more minimalist look is required for specific architectural visualisations or client presentations.
