About this asset

A wall-hung vitreous china urinal Revit family modeled after the Kohler K-4960-ER fixture, displaying deep side shields and an integral trap shroud. Constructed as a geometric wall-mounted plumbing fixture, this vitreous china sanitary unit features an angular silhouette with elongated vertical proportions. The interior basin forms a deep recessed back wall flanked by pronounced projecting privacy shields that provide splash protection. At the base, a contoured bowl slopes gently into an integral waste outlet, finished with a tapered lower shroud concealing the trapway connection. Rendered in clean white ceramic surfaces with faceted outer edges, the fixture represents standard commercial sanitaryware geometry for efficient layout and service modeling.

The download is a 256 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Engineered for direct loading into Autodesk Revit, this.rfa plumbing family places cleanly against wall hosts in project views. Users can align fixtures to finished wall planes and set standard mounting rim heights according to regional plumbing accessibility codes. The family supports MEP coordination, schedule tagging, and construction documentation with accurate coarse, medium, and fine display representations for floor plans, interior elevations, and coordination models.

Specified primarily for commercial washrooms, educational facilities, healthcare public restrooms, and office tower amenity spaces, this commercial urinal integrates effortlessly into repetitive toilet room layouts. It pairs naturally with sensor flush valves, wall-hung water closets, stainless steel grab bars, and modesty partition screens. Specifiers searching for Kohler plumbing families, commercial restroom fixtures, or ADA-compliant urinal components will find this BIM element suited for schematic design through to construction administration.
