Cast in heavy-duty grey iron with a dark coated finish, the assembly comprises a circular top frame, a scoriated non-skid access cover, and a stepped cylindrical sleeve. The flat circular cover plate rests flush inside a protective outer rim and features a raised waffle-grid traction pattern secured by recessed fasteners. A threaded cleanout plug with a raised square nut protrudes horizontally from the upper collar, allowing service access. Beneath the collar, the housing tapers across stepped diameter transitions to mate with subsurface drainage pipework.
