Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa with Chaise in White

This contemporary grey fabric modular sectional sofa, available as a 3ds Max model, features a low-profile design and a chaise end. Defined by clean lines and a low-slung silhouette, this modular sectional sofa provides a versatile seating solution for open-plan interiors. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise lounge section on the right, integrated with square-edged, deep-seated modules. The upholstery is a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a curated selection of scatter cushions in white, soft grey, blush pink, and a subtle monochrome check pattern. The frame is supported by discreet, slender dark metal feet, which maintain a grounded yet light aesthetic. Its structured form prioritises comfort through generous padding and clean, minimalist tailoring throughout.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy manipulation of the base sofa and individual cushion components. Users can adjust the fabric tiling or replace the material maps using standard material editors to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, ensuring it sits correctly on the floor plane upon insertion. For high-quality visualisations, apply appropriate subdivision modifiers if necessary and ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned for easy placement against walls or within room layouts.
