Contemporary Brown Leather Modular Sofa Living Room Set

This contemporary brown leather modular sofa set for SketchUp features a sleek low-profile design complemented by nesting coffee tables. This living room set comprises a two-seater modular sofa upholstered in distressed brown leather, featuring clean lines and blocky, minimalist proportions. The seating is accented with a curated selection of scatter cushions in neutral beige and grey fabric tones. Complementing the sofa is a pair of round nesting coffee tables with slim black metal frames and circular tops. The composition is completed by a pair of framed abstract wall art pieces, providing a balanced, ready-to-use arrangement for interior visualisation projects that require a cohesive, modern aesthetic with a focus on tactile material contrast.

The download is a 31.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, tables, and wall art. Users should verify that the components are correctly oriented on the model axes before scaling. The leather and fabric textures are mapped for clear visual representation, and the nesting tables can be positioned independently to suit specific floor plans. Ensure that lighting settings in your rendering software are calibrated to highlight the leather's natural grain and the metallic finish of the table legs.
