About this asset

Modern auditorium chair Revit family featuring white upholstered cushions, integrated armrests, and sturdy floor-mounted black metal supports. The unit comprises an ergonomic curved backrest and a horizontal seat cushion finished in neutral off-white upholstery. Two structural uprights flanking the seat function as both the floor supports and backrest mounts, tapering slightly toward the base plates intended for slab anchoring. Ergonomically shaped cantilevered armrests project forward from the uprights with smooth grey arm caps. The contrasting palette pairs matte black powder-coated structural steel side components with pale cushions, delivering a clean profile suited to both flat floors and raked auditoriums where consistent sightlines and compact footprints are mandatory.

The download is a 369 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this family directly into Revit projects to populate tier seating schedules and floor plans. Architects can array the component across stepped or flat floor slabs to test clearance widths, row spacing, and sightlines. Material asset parameters allow custom assignment of textile tones or metal finishes to match client specifications for fast documentation and clean presentation renderings.

Ideal for schematic design and spatial coordination in higher education lecture halls, performing arts centres, corporate briefing auditoriums, and municipal council chambers. The model pairs effectively with tiered floor families, acoustic wall baffles, and proscenium stages. Visualisers searching for tiered seating, stadium seats, conference hall armchairs, or lecture room layouts will find this model well-balanced between visual clarity and file performance.
