About this asset

Modern grey multi-seat table layouts modelled as a native Revit family featuring assorted seating types for office and dining plans. This asset presents four practical configurations of four-legged tables paired with corresponding seating options. The layouts range from a compact square coffee or utility table with round stools to an elongated dining table with slatted-back timber chairs. The larger corporate configurations feature an executive meeting table flanked by six high-back swivel task chairs, alongside a narrow conference table complete with eight cantilever sled-base side chairs. Each station features neutral grey surfaces, minimalist square-profile metal framing, and warm-toned upholstery in tan and brown finishes.

The download is a 1.9 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA family directly into Autodesk Revit to populate floor plans quickly without manually aligning individual chairs. The asset provides pre-arranged spacing suitable for testing clearance zones, calculating furniture schedules, and presenting layout options in space-planning phases. Component materials can be mapped to project standards to match custom interior palettes across shaded views and rendering passes.

Tailored for workplace fit-outs, educational facilities, staff breakrooms, and institutional dining halls, these versatile arrangements support quick space planning across schematic design and design development. The modular sizing allows interior architects to lay out training rooms, boardrooms, and cafeteria areas efficiently. Users searching for multi-seat conference tables, office meeting sets, canteen furniture, or modular desk layouts will find this setup immediately practical for documentation.
